Cancellation Policy
We require 12 hour notice for canceling appointments. We ask this so we may open up your time-slot to another client. (No refunds)
Cancellations made less than 12Ā hours will result in a 50% charge of a percentage depending on the scheduled appointment.
No-show/No communication will result in the termination of client, you will not be able to book with us again. Your scheduled appointment is booked specifically for you, we cannot fill aĀ no-show time slot, so we ask our clients to have consideration.Ā
